MORE PHOTOS OF HONDA NC 750X

The Honda NC750X is an everyday adventure motorcycle with an available automatic transmission and a clever storage compartment in place of the fuel tank.

It is powered by a Euro 5-compliant liquid-cooled 745 cc parallel twin engine that generates 57.8 horsepower at 6,750 rpm and maximum torque at 4,500 rpm. When restricted for the A2 license, peak power is displayed at 6,000 rpm and peak torque is displayed at 4,000 rpm.

  • Steel tubular frame
  • 320 mm undulating disc up front with two piston Nissin caliper
  • 240 mm wavy rear disc with a single piston caliper.
  • ABS dual channel system (always on)
  • 41 millimeter Showa fork with 120 millimeter travel
  • 120 mm travel rear shock with adjustability
  • Modes of travel: Rain, Road, Sport, and Custom
  • 3-stage traction control with an off position
  • 3-stage engine power and engine braking LED lighting encompassing the vehicle
  • Adjustable brake lever
  • Six-speed transmission with a gear position indicator
  • Compared to the 2014-2020 model, there is a 4 bhp power increase 500 rpm higher in the rev range, a 600 rpm higher red line, a new 6 kg lighter frame, new suspension with 34 mm less travel, and a 30 mm lower seat height.

In addition, there are revised bodywork, a new rear brake, three riding modes, revised traction control, a new LCD dashboard, a better screen, emergency braking indicator flashers, and a larger 23-litre storage compartment that Honda claims can accommodate an adventure-style full-face helmet. Unfortunately, the convenient tank bag strap attachment points atop the trunk have been removed.

Front and rear Dunlop Trailmax 120/70 and 160/60 tires are mounted on the 17″ wheels.

The optional Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) from Honda is 10 kg heavier and replaces the new slipper clutch. It features a fully automatic mode and a simulated manual mode, with the fully automatic mode offering S mode for sportier riding and D mode for more economical riding. You can even interrupt it to quickly downshift before passing, after which auto mode will resume.

Accessories consist of a DCT transmission system (£830), 38/50 litre top boxes, 26+32 litre panniers, USB Type-C socket, tall screen, heated grips, protection bars, centre stand, and LED fog lights.
