The Honda Africa Twin is a premium adventure bike with an optional automatic transmission and a liquid-cooled 1,084 cc parallel twin engine that produces 100.6 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and maximum torque at 6,250 rpm and is Euro 5 compliant.

Approximately 2.5 kilograms have been removed from the engine, 1.8 kilograms from the chassis, and 500 grams from the new swingarm. The front wire-spoked 21″ wheel has a Metzeler Karoo Street 90/90 tire while the rear 18″ wheel has a 150/70 tire.

The clever £900 Dual Clutch Transmission automatic transmission remains a popular option, with approximately fifty percent of models ordered with it. It is now aware of lean angle and gradient, and the G switch on the handlebars improves off-road rear wheel traction.
